Agreement

By submitting your application, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of the Lankan Professionals Network (LPN). Your information will be used for membership processing, communications, and participation in LPN-related activities.

You acknowledge that LPN may contact you via email, phone, or other communication channels regarding events, opportunities, and resources relevant to your professional development. Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties without your consent, except as required to deliver membership benefits or comply with legal obligations.

Membership in LPN is a privilege, not a right. The organization reserves the sole discretion to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke membership at any time, with or without cause, and without obligation to provide an explanation.

Pending Tax-Exempt Status Disclaimer

The Lankan Professionals Network (LPN) is incorporated as a nonprofit organization in the State of Minnesota and is currently applying for 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status. Until this status is officially granted, membership dues and payments may not be tax-deductible as charitable contributions. By submitting this application, you acknowledge and agree to this understanding.

Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: Young Professional Membership is open to individuals aged 35 and under. Professional Membership is open to individuals above 35 or established in their careers.
Dues: Membership dues are annual and non-refundable unless otherwise determined by LPN leadership.
Conduct: Members are expected to uphold the mission and values of LPN, act professionally at events, and maintain a spirit of respect and collaboration.
Use of Membership: Benefits are non-transferable and may only be accessed by the member.
Termination: LPN reserves the right to terminate membership for violations of these terms, misconduct, or non-payment of dues.
